CNC High-Speed Laser Cladding Machine.
Fully enclosed CNC-controlled design, with customizable internal structure. It offers high work efficiency, superior product quality, and strong versatility in equipment use.
CNC High-Speed Laser Cladding Machine Features:
The CNC high-speed laser cladding machine utilizes a five-axis numerical control system and features an enclosed structure, resulting in low noise, minimal pollution, and enhanced environmental safety. With a fully automatic design, it boasts high production efficiency, robust equipment reliability, a long lifespan, maintenance-free operation, and strong versatility. The products manufactured with this machine have high precision and consistent quality. The internal structure of the equipment can be customized according to customer requirements, facilitating integrated operations such as turning and welding. This integrated design also reduces errors that may arise from repeated workpiece clamping. The ultra-high-speed laser cladding process preheats the powder material to a melted or semi-melted state before it enters the melt pool, thus improving the utilization rate of the powder material and ensuring high cladding efficiency. The dilution rate of the cladding layer is low, typically producing a single layer thickness of 50-350um, with a dilution rate of less than 1%. The cladding speed can reach up to 500cm²/min.
Case Study:
Taking the commonly used 6000W CNC high-speed laser cladding machine in the market as an example for repairing the pillars of hydraulic brackets, to ensure a cladding layer dilution rate of less than 3%, a thickness of 0.6mm for the cladding layer would suffice. Concerning the utilization rate of the powder material, coaxial powder feeding achieves around 75%, whereas center-fed powder delivery exceeds 90%. Upon completion of the operation, measurements indicate that the surface hardness of the cladding layer exceeds HRC55, with a surface roughness of Ra10um. The cladding layer bonds firmly, with its shear strength surpassing 500Mpa. The wear and corrosion resistance of the hydraulic bracket’s pillar is significantly improved, substantially extending its service life. The results demonstrate that using the laser cladding process for hydraulic brackets is both cost-effective and efficient.
