Integrated Control: Processes like welding, powder feeding, arc maintenance, main arc, current regulation, powder quantity, and travel are all centrally controlled through a user-friendly interface. After simulating one cycle of movement and scanning to memorize the positional changes of the welding surface during travel, settings can be completed with a single click.
  2. Precision Mechanical Structure: The rotation of our positioning machine utilizes a precision worm gear reducer, which prevents rotational discrepancies due to gravity during the rotation overlay process, ensuring a uniform welding surface.
  3. Detection Scanning System: This system improves point coordinate input methods. Traditional methods require the input of numerous welding surface coordinates, and the inputted coordinates often have positional errors from the actual welding surface, leading to misalignments. Our detection scanning system offers accurate memorization and precise movement, ensuring consistency and accuracy of the plasma overlay welding surface.
  4. Remote Control Capability: Allows convenient gun positioning and enables micro-adjustments during the welding process.
