The powder feeder continuously supplies alloy powder material, which, following the airflow, enters the PTA arc. The alloy powder is preheated in the plasma torch to a molten or semi-molten state before being sprayed into the workpiece’s molten pool. Here, it fully melts while expelling gases and slag, completing the welding process.

Applications:

This Plasma Hardfacing system is PLC-controlled with a user-friendly interface, making operations straightforward.
