The rotation support structure, driven by a servo motor, achieves precise spindle transmission with minimal clearance, high rotational accuracy, and convenient control.
The powder feeder continuously supplies alloy powder material, which, following the airflow, enters the PTA arc. The alloy powder is preheated in the plasma torch to a molten or semi-molten state before being sprayed into the workpiece’s molten pool. Here, it fully melts while expelling gases and slag, completing the welding process.

Applications:

This Plasma Hardfacing system is PLC-controlled with a user-friendly interface, making operations straightforward. It’s suitable for plasma hardfacing tasks on various cylindrical shaft products and end plate products. Once the parameters are set, a single button initiates operation, with integrated control of welding and motion parameters.
