Straight Seam Plasma Hardfacing Platform Features:

Straight-seam and longitudinal seam jig platform utilizes a cantilever structure, equipped with various welding fixture types such as PAW, TIG, MIG, and MAG. It’s designed for welding the inner and outer longitudinal seams of thin metal sheets and cylinders. The machine comprises the base, cantilever beam, supporting shaft, clamping keys, alignment mechanism, hanging lock, welding torch traveling mechanism, torch holder and torch adjustment mechanism, and an electrical control system.

1. The clamping keys, in conjunction with high-strength airbags, provide balanced key pressure during long-distance welding processes.
2. High-hardness, good thermal conductivity alloy copper materials are embedded in the clamping keys, offering efficient heat dissipation.
3. The relative distance of the clamping keys can be adjusted based on the welding material and its thickness.
4. The backside of the weld seam has a core shaft with a padding liner to accelerate seam cooling.
5. The forming grooves inside the padding liner of the core shaft are designed based on the shape and thickness of the material being welded, achieving optimal backside formation results.
6. By using a servo (stepping) motor and Mitsubishi PLC, precise multi-action control can be realized, ensuring stable welding speeds with a broad adjustable range.
7. The welding torch can be automatically raised and lowered. Its position can be adjusted up, down, left, and right, precisely controlling the distance between the torch and the workpiece. The torch can rotate around a fixed rod, making adjustments, replacements, and usage convenient.
